Rapid Re-Housing &

Phoenix CDS provides permanent supportive housing across multiple properties within the Greater Peoria Area. With over 160 units - including project-based and scattered site units- we are committed to offering stable, long-term housing solutions for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. With 8 unique properties, each is designed to meet the needs of the residents, but all share a common goal: providing a safe place to call home.

Our Housing Programs

Monroe Manor & Oasis

A 10 unit efficiency apartment complex and 6 one bedroom apartment complex

Glendale Commons

28 units of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments for homeless families or persons transitioning out of homelessness.

Madison I

10 one and two bed units, with our administration office on the ground floor.

Madison II

24 One bedroom apartments with commercial office space on the ground floor.

Madison III

16 one bedroom units, designed to help youth (18-24) who have aged out of foster care.

Other Housing Programs

Scattered Sites Housing

Our scattered sites permanent supportive housing programs partner with local landlords to secure safe, stable housing for individuals within the community. Through strong landlord relationships and coordinated supportive services, we assist participants in obtaining and maintaining long-term housing stability.

Rapid Re-Housing

Rapid re-housing is an intervention designed to help individuals and families to quickly exit homelessness and return to permanent housing. Rapid re-housing assistance is offered without preconditions and the resources and services are tailored to the unique needs of the household.

Landlords get involved
